The van rides to and from downtown and airport pickup were prompt and convenient. Mario and Richard were great drivers and had many suggestions for activities and dinning.

Our double queen room was spacious and had convenient kitchenette. Lobby was was comfortable and well stocked. The shuttle service from downtown Juneau is very helpful, but staff gave misinformation when we called to arrange a ride on arrival (shuttle provides rides on set schedule, not when requested as we were told). Early morning shuttle to airport was easy to arrange and appreciated. First floor rooms hear 2nd floor activity. Eye masks are provided (no room darkening window treatments). Super close to airport, but not a lot of plane noise.

Thank you for reviewing your stay. I am sorry there was miscommunication regarding a shuttle pickup. If you are arriving from the airport or ferry that is a 24 hour pickup that you would call when you arrive. If coming off a cruise ship we can still pick you up, but may take a bit more time to get downtown but does not need to be scheduled. I will share your comments with all staff. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly most of the time. They offer a hot breakfast every morning. Unfortunately, our room was musty and hit you in the face every time you walked in. I don’t believe they have a/c in the rooms.

Property was ok shuttle transportation was nice. Onsite staff was rude and uninterested in helping. They refused to offer an upgraded room when they had plenty available. We had to go to the office every night because our keys would not work. The staff in general definitely needs customer service classes. The office is run by mostly kids that do not know what hospitality means. I would not suggest this location to anyone and would not stay again.

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. We are training new staff and your reservation was an online prepaid reservation that limits staff for overriding changes and availability. We recently upgraded our door locks and are currently working on the "glitches". We appreciate the feedback and will share with the front desk.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We also left an EarPod in the room and they searched the room 2 different times before they found the EarPod in the heat register. They express mailed it with a tracking number the same day. Great service.

The property and restaurant were very nice, unfortunately the housekeeping was very poor. In the three nights we were there the beds were never made, tub was never cleaned and the room was never vacuumed. At first we thought it was an oversight and dismissed it. Our days started at 5:30 and nights ended between at 11:30 midnight so it wasn't easy to communicate the problem.

Free shuttle to both airport and ferry dock. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, towels. Generous room size. Helpful staff, especially Amy, who was very helpful in my trying to find a lost item after we had left.

Close to the airport. Nice staff. Beautiful landscaping. Great to have bfast delivered to your door at or before desired time. Somewhat noisy in the mornings with various staff/contractors doing work.
