Great property however had a horrible check in experience. Employees at this property just will not greet at all. They need to learn customer service skills from Grand Intercontinental Parnass Seoul where employees will volunteer to help from the moment you get off the cab till getting to your room.

The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. That aside, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfy with great views and there are a ton of things to do inside the hotel. Great experience. We were so sad to leave!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with very friendly helpful staff. Well worth the cost. The rooms are stunning and have beautiful views of the city and the ocean. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful soaking tub. Many various dining options both within the hotel and also walkable in the surrounding neighborhood. Bus lines and/or taxis can take you all around the island to see the gorgeous natural beauty of the area.

Club rooms are awesome.
Newly built of less than 3 years. Hotel manager Randy Wong was really helpful in giving suggestions on what to do and where to go. Great facilities, suggest that you get the club room or club access so you don't clash with the larger group of guests.

I love the room in this hotel. It was spotless and spacious with a view over the airport and the sea. The bed was comfortable and huge, the toilet modern and warm, the tub large, and the lighting in the room fantastic. I had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Huge hotel with so many options for dining, shopping and entertainment. Room was very spacious and high tech. On the 27th floor, we had an incredible view of Mount Hallasan. Staff were very friendly and helpful every time. Highly recommend.

Huge hotel. Expensive retail grounds. Unfriendly biased front desk staff except for select ground staff and housekeeping staff. Payed for breakfast in advance for 3 morning and only got a chance to see what was being served. Was not Muslim friendly Halal food that was served. Mainly meant for the Chinese and Korean guest. 2nd morning there, did even bother to go down for breakfast. Second last day there went down around 9 plus in the morning and was turned away. Reason being there was no available table. Was that a joke?!…First time ever travelling overseas and I hear this from the staff and was asked to come back over an hour later???..And I payed in advance for those days there. Was ripped off by a so called 5 star hotel that ONLY entertains Chinese and their fellow country people. I ended up having 7/11 store bought bread and milk to drink for my breakfast!!. And apologies was none forthcoming except for a token box of macarons. And this is because they made me wait for my room literally after over 8 hours of waiting!!!. So, if you are dark skinned, average looking, do not throw your wealth around to show you some rich person, I fully advice that you do not patronise this hotel when in Jeju. You will be overlooked as in looked down upon and only 1 or two staff will smile, help and greet you. Otherwise you are invisible.

This was one of the best 5-star properties we have stayed in. From the staff to the rooms, all were very accommodating and well-appointed. The sea view was amazing. Loved the convenience of many dining options and even a 7-11 within the property. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is centralised situated. Great amenities. Shopping & restaurants are just below the hotel. 24hrs gym facilities with exercise attire and shoes provided. Parking is free. Check in & out are hassle free. Staff very helpful and accommodating too. Transfer from airport 1 way cost 5900won.

This was easily the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms are huge and their twin beds are actually more like queen size beds. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and taxis to take you to places further out. I would live there forever if I could. My whole family loved everything about this Grand Hyatt!

We upgraded to the premium rooms on level 36, definitely worth it. Stunning views, comfortable and room was spacious and of course, clean and stylish. Hotel has many restaurants and ammenities, even has a casino, kids entertainment and shopping! Very much enjoyed our stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Jeju. Check-in was great and the staff offered to put us on a higher floor if we switched from twin to king. The extra bed they brought in was very comfortable too! Luxurious bathroom and a separate toilet, which was convenient since there were 3 of us. Pity it was just 2 nights. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Jeju!
