Oldie but goodie
Even though the Hotel is an older 5 star it was maintained in a clean condition and the staff tries to assist its guests to the best of their ability. THE BREAKFAST buffet is excelent and there is plenty of safe parking.

Beautiful property and landscaping. Spacious room. Luxurious atmosphere for a good price. Plenty of free on-site parking. Friendly staff. The coffee at breakfast was very weak.

Beautiful property with lovely reception area. Room was very nice. Athina, in the restaurant brought my purse to me which I left at the table after dining. She also provided ice in a bucket to take back to our room. Wonderful employee! We enjoyed our stay at Epirus Palace.

My favourite hotel
Best hotel in Ioaninna. Enjoyed the magnificent grounds with pool area, plentiful breakfast and the best mattresses with the softest pillows. Second time here and would recommend it without hesitation.

In our room was a spider nest. In pool area many broken tiles. The food was the same every day. Our room the second day are ready-clean at 14:25 and the spider nest there. Our glasses of wine in room they arent clean...

Great stay - highly recommended for families
Great hotel with well-kept amenities. Need a car to get to the center of town, but otherwise nice to be outside of the hustle and bustle during the day. Would recommend!

The food was very good, both room service dinner and breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The fridge in the minibar did not work and the heat was not turned on. The staff moved us to the room next door and provided a space heater.

Great hotel, horrible breakfast
An excellent hotel with a very comfortable room and bed. A large bathroom with everything you need. A choice of pillows in the room too. The staff everywhere were incredibly helpful. However, this is probably one of the worst breakfast I have eaten at this level of hotel. Most items were either lukewarm or had been sitting around. Being in an area with excellent produce, nearly all items here were of low quality. The breakfast was so bad we couldn’t face it in the second day. This was very disappointing.

Good hotel very nice room with comfortable bed . Good room service food at a reasonable price . Very tired bathroom with broken shower and dirty floor .breakfast all the cooked food was cold and orange swash rather than orange juice . But would stay here again .

Hotel needs a revamp. Everything needs to be replaced and upkept. You can tell it was a grand hotel in its heyday but everything needs to be replaced on rooms. It is comfortable enough but For the money its not worth it.

Very nice Hotel but....
You couldn't use the shower/head. It's fixed. There is no grab handle to come out of the bath tap when in use. No ram area to wheel your suitcases (have to carry luggage up the stairs). No person to greet you at the front door. The pool time in use is not long enough. Not very happy for a 5 star Hotel .

Nice hotel, must of been amazing when it was first built, a few decades ago. Now it seems outdated but I still enjoyed it. Great pool, great price, great breakfast. I definetely recommend it.
