"1) Very nice building and clean room. 2) Hotel location is not too good, no restaurants or shops nearby, however, you can walk about 20 minutes to get to Lalaport shopping centre or you can take local bus as well. 3) To go to Kashiwa city centre you need to take bus route #1 and cost ¥300 each way. 4) Breakfast was okay, not too much choice to choose from. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with reasonable prices."

"The hotel was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Expedia needs to fix their description of certain rooms having a clothes washer/dryer. We booked the room specifically because it said it had a washer/dryer, but it turned out to only be a washing machine with no dryer functionality. So we still had to end up carrying our wet clothes to the public dryer machines on the other floors."

"We had a wonderful stay at the International Garden Hotel Narita. The convenience of having a 7-11 inside the hotel and a mini mart outside were nice for a quick snack and frozen treat on the hot day we were there. The shuttle to and from the airport were very on time, easy to find and we had clear instructions. The time from airport to hotel is around 25 mins and hotel to airport 30 mins, so plan accordingly.
