Very nice rooms and very clean. Host was very courteous and most helpful. Check in was a breeze and we will certainly stay there again. Excellent stay.

It is easy to contact the hotel staff by phone. It's refreshing to know that your phone request is actually noted upon arrival. Transport to the hospital nearby was convenient even though there may be, understandably, wait time to be built into your schedule. Service was pleasant at check in time. Melissa at the front desk provided good information concerning the property, parking, room location, which is helpful. The property is clean, well maintained, comfortable. The parking is secured. The bed is too soft to my liking but it's a personal preference. I'd stay at this hotel again when I'm in the area.

The check in person was talking in the phone while trying to check in people. So she couldn’t hear everything they were telling her on the phone or at the counter. Try doing one thing at a time. She took long to check in two people before me. When it was my turn she was on the home the whole time, she said she couldn’t help me because my room was already paid for. I just wanted a quiet part of hotel if possible because I had early appointments in am.

We've stayed at a number of Courtyard by Marriott hotels and this was just not up to a normal standard. The room quality, the look from outside, just now what we expected from Courtyard.

Nice hotel and convenient to Medical Center. Only negative is there was no deadlock bolt on inside of door. It had been removed or broken off.

Loved my stay at this property!!! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Check in was smooth and the rooms were super comfortable. Water was super hot so we had no issues there. The free area shuttle was so convenient and made getting back and forth to my convention so easy. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: The workers were great! Worked with us on a room we specifically wanted. Convenient to the hospital for a one night stay. Didn't like: Toilet fill valve broken, beds hard (my opinion), pillow TOO soft, SMALL TV, no accessory package (ie. lotion, qtips, cotton balls), hair on drinking glass once taken out of plastic cover, window DIRTY.
