Rude staff. Late check in because room wasn't cleaned. Not the room i wanted because of same. Filthy room. Especially the bathroom. I won't be staying here again. Ill pay the extra $10 and stay down the road where i always stay. BEST WESTERN EXECUTIVE INN

What's that smell...
Nice clean spacious rooms. The scent of Curry throughout The lobby area and rooms close to it was a little strong though.

Not what we expect
Well when I made my reservations we have requested a king size bed non-smoking but when we got there they only had a king size with the smoking so we didn't get that room so we had to get two double beds we got in the room the room smelled very bad I had to spray perfume in order to stay in the room to make it smell good went to the bathroom the tub had hair dirt all around it had to clean the tub before we took a shower so needless to say we will never stay at that hotel again

Absolutely disgusting. “Pru” was extremely rude and did not understand anything. I was told to get out. Property was filthy, run down, and just plain disgusting. I saw bugs in multiple places. They refused a refund. They refused to give Expedia permission to give me a refund. RUN from this place. Worthless people. Worthless hotel. The ratings are a LIE.

Check in was fine. Room was decent. Bathroom and shower were clean. Sheets were clean, only 2 pillows. Blanket was thin and stained. Chair by the door was stained bad. Room smelt of cigarettes. Beds were thin and not very comfortable. We were there for a softball tournament, so it was decent enough since the fields were 2 minutes away.

Great stay for the price
We have stayed here twice now (in the same room 126) so I cannot speak for other rooms but both stays were great. We slept great. The door works and locks. The room is cozy and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean and works. Breakfast looked to be cereal and milk but we never used the breakfast area in the office here. We have really enjoyed our stay here and will continue to stay when in Hobbs. Thank you.

No special requests needed! Thank you from the bottom of my 💜 for the kindness, & acceptance, you've shown us, but also for nicely tolerating my kiddos. I know they can be LOUD and people get annoyed, but thanks for not being mean about it💜 Would also like to mention that people actually mind their business here, (unlike a few other hotels) I GUARANTEE you will not encounter any members of the staff OR managment eyeballing you, as if you've done something wrong or lurking around every corner, constantly BABYSITTING you and watching your every move! I recommend staying here!!!

Jerk Owner Sold our PAID Room!
This was literally the only room available in Hobbs when we made our last minute booking. We weren’t happy to be staying there because we’ve seen the cringing conditions of this property from outside, but we booked and paid in full. We even called to make sure our booking was confirmed, and that a late check in was acceptable. When we attempted to check in, the jerk owner had sold our room to someone else, and refused a refund. That literally left us driving to the next town just for a place to sleep that night. Pay a little more and stay anywhere but here. Seriously, pitch a tent in the Walmart parking lot before you stay here.

I believe this is a family run hotel, and the staff is very nice. We were passing through, on our way to Texas and only stayed one night. It is an industrial town, and the air smells from the burning of methane gas from local refineries, so the inside of the rooms in the hotel also smell funny. It is a very basic accommodation.

The staff is quick and friendly and the rooms face the parking lot, which is cool. However, the whole place smells like sewage, including inside the room we got and it also smelled like cigarette smoke. Dead bugs strewn the ground and the sheets were dirty. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place and had to be hand held.
