I must say that my experience at the Saigon Sirius was exceptional, particularly due to its outstanding customer service, convenient location, and the host's responsiveness. First and foremost, the customer service was top-notch. They were quick to address any concerns and always made me feel welcome. Whether I had a question about the local area or needed assistance with anything related to my apartment, they were always prompt in their communication and provided the necessary help. The location of the apartment was incredibly convenient, as it was close to District 1 and within walking distance to various restaurants and convenience stores. This made it easy for me to explore the city and have access to essential amenities without having to travel far. Safety and security were also top priorities the building. The building had 24/7 security, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. I felt safe and secure, knowing that the property was well-protected. Overall, my experience at the Saigon Sirius was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and secure place to stay in Saigon. I’ve stayed here many times in the past and remains my top choice when visiting Saigon in the future.

Like: location Did not like: We would rate the place 2.5. We booked for 3 bedroom suit way long time before our trip. We wanted the whole family to stay together. When we checked in, they told us the suite is not available, so they gave us @ 2-bedroom and our dad stayed in another level. There was hair on the bed, to be fair they did offered to have the bed sheet replaced. This tells us that if they even clean the room after someone checked out. No cleaning service daily, there were only 2 towels in the suit for 3 days. My brother asked one of the staffs, and she did not even responded. If you have your hotel labeled with 4 stairs, then you should have it up to 4 stair standards.

Clean room, great ammenities, washing machine is great if you are travelling for some time with limited clothing. Good value for the price. Just one word of advice - this is not a hotel. The name Saigon Sirius is not on the building. Which was confusing for myself and the driver on arrival. There is rarely anyone at the reception desk. I asked a security guard and he confirmed we were in the right place. He called someone, they came and showed me to the room and she gave me a her WhatsApp contact should I need anything. Checkout is just leaving the key in the room. Recommend
