For example, on both nights that we stayed at Kazahaya, he helped us select a local restaurant, escorted us to our choice, explained the menu to us, and placed our orders for us. "First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Hotel exterior was also very peaceful and nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Superb service. Will be back again!"
