Business stay in Hannover
The hotel is perfectly pleasant. Free parking out the front is very helpful. The restaurant was closed when I stayed there, but there are plenty of options nearby. Check in and out we’re both simple.

Simply perfect
We traveled from Berlin airport to Hannover late dark night. We booked this hotel since it was located not far from autobahn. And it was good choice, perfect location and good hotel. Since Best Western is a reliable name.

Comfortable stay
Very comfortable stay. Picked hotel for ease of access to business meeting but tram stop right outside meant easy access to city centre - trams every 9 mins. Late check in / early check out was no problem. Service efficient and plite throughout my stay. I had a single room but bed was comfortable and room was perfectly adequate. Had a drink first night in reception, and breakfast - all were fine. I would definately stay here again.

The room was not bad except the carpet was a little bit old. The tiles at the lobby were definitely very old. However front desk service was nice and friendly. In general the stay was good for a businessman like me.

Comfortable hotel in the suburbs
The hotel is located towards the end of metro line U3, with a station outside the front door. Frequent service all day, with last tram from centre at 01.47. Quiet surrounding area enables relaxed eating and drinking either in restaurant or in patio area at front. Comfortable rooms.

very nice hotel on the outskirts of Hannover.
for little things like snacks, water, etc. go to the gas station across the hotel . For shopping you need to take the tram/train across the street.

Used this hotel for CEBIT
Hotels are notoriously poor value during CEBIT and this was no exception. The decor is very 1980's but the staff were friendly and helpful. My biggest grumble with this hotel is that I didn't accrue any Hotels.com membership rewards - shame on you Best Western.

Einsame aber praktische Lage unweit der Autobahnen. Schöne moderne Räume, auch die Zimmer...wobei das Badezimmer wohl nur eine Soft-Renovierung bekommen hat.

Man føler sig hjemme
Dejligt sted at opholde sig, man kunne næsten gøre, som man ville. Vi har en stor hund, der var meget stor forståelse for, at han også skulle være der, og en dejlig have, vi kunne lege med ham i. Man følte sig hjemme

Preis-Leistung Schwierig
Alles in allem ein gepflegtes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist aufgrund von Corona Maßnahmen etwas karg, aber in Ordnung. Ein Economy Zimmer durch und durch also Erwartung erfüllt, aber der Preis war doch etwas zu hoch für das Angebot.

Schlechter Umgang mit Best Western Kunden!
Ich hatte das Hotel nur gebucht, weil mein Geschäftsessen länger ging .....und ich nicht mehr nach Hause fahren wollte. Check in nach 22:00 Uhr , und das Hotel ruft noch immer horrende Preise auf. Eine Unverschämtheit, denn 162,-€ war es nicht im Ansatz wert. Eine kleine 1 Bett Buchte von ca. 10qm für 162,-€!! Die haben einen Knall! Trotzdem ich Best Western Kunde Gold war, wurde kein Upgrade gegeben. Die Buchung über Hotels.com gab mir die Auswahl online zu bezahlen, oder direkt im Hotel. Zur Sicherstellung habe ich nur eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen müssen. Bereits Nachts hat das Hotel einfach ohne meine Erlaubnis diese Karte belastet. Die müssen es ja NÖTIG haben.....!!!!

Guten Tag Kerstin, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns zu bewerten. Sie haben während der Hochsaison/Messe EuroBlech bei uns gewohnt. Daher buchen wir entsprechende Raten. Wir haben Sie bei Anreise von einem Economy Einzelzimmer in ein Business Einzelzimmer upgegraded. Ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung hatten wir abends um 22.00 h nicht mehr verfügbar. Während der Messen in Hannover buchen wir alle Zimmer nur mit Vorauszahlung. Das hätte für Sie bei hotels.com natürlich auch ersichtlich sein sollen. Warum das nicht so war, werden wir noch klären. Mit besten Grüßen Nicola Denecke
