Great location and facilities. One negative is some of the rooms are a bit tired looking in particular carpets and bathroons and could do with a makeover. Our first stay (1 night) we had a reasonably significant leak with rain coming in the window in a bedroom and were just given towels and told not to worry. That was pretty poor but minor in the scheme of our whole stay.

The staff where non helpful at check in station, paid for parking told to park at a certain level , no visible access through car park to get to parking level, the apartment was not what I expected

The room was very stuffy!! No rubbish bags for the bins, stains on the bed and our neighbours had a party and we couldn’t sleep until 2am. However, location is very convenient.

The pillows were AWESOME, huge bathroom. Dirty windows, no sugar in room for supplied coffee, tea. In room service menu much to be be desired, buffet breakfast not worth the money. In hotel restaurant... Cockroach running across the floor,, 30 minutes to get a drink served to table, 40 mins for entree,,, after nearly 2 hours waiting for main course decided to pay for drink and entree and leave without having main meal. Below average range of cocktails on menu.. nothing to write home about. Overall thoughts... Not worth the money. 2.5/10

Tv doesn’t work, even play something on YouTube, cast or watch tv. The cleaners are very friendly and nice people, but I think there isn’t enough of them to clean all the rooms during the right time frame

We usually stay here, but this time we found the room much dirtier, not getting serviced on time. I always have to ask do you have the room service and we entered the old guest stuff was left in the fridge so very unsatisfied. All I can say the overseas Hilton are hundred times better than one better here in Australia.

Apartment was below average. Riped carpet throughout, dirty and hotel ran out of towels. Not just pool towels, they were out normal bath towels. Breakfast was below average as well. We went down at 8:30am, most hot food was empty, no fruits. They didn’t have a table for despite booking in advance. We have stayed at Hilton before, it was great about 6 months. This experience is worthy of zero stars. I did send Hilton photos of the room.

Fantastic room with great view
Great service, our room was big and spacious (2 bedroom), beautiful view of the beach, fantastic bfast too. We loved our week at the Hilton. Right above all the action in Surfers. Thanks for a great holiday.
