Nice hotel in perfect location, friendly staff

"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."

"If you’re planning for a low key stay then this hotel is for you . We love walking around downtown so the location is not convenient for us . The tiny room is NOT comfortable moving around and placing “stuff “ and the amount we paid for is not worth even with great customer service . Extra pay for breakfast is GOOD!"
