"This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Area is quiet and conveniently located in front of JR station. Walking distance to Universal Studios Japan! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I used the Gym and it is very clean and has the right equipment. Only thing was that my restroom had a bit of mold in the tub. Other than this I push anyone to book here! "

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"Friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth. Check out is at 10 AM. Extended check out can be requested for 500 yen per hour. Lobby area is pretty small. Hotel building and room is a bit out dated but it’s clean. The nice part is the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. Free small selection of breakfast (bread and jam, cereals, and waffles) is a bonus. It’s about 15 walk to Namba station or a 5 minute walk to a near train station. Family mart is next door. "Near shopping mall very good"

"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "

"overall, this was a great spot for 3 adults traveling! the area has tons of food options and convenience stores nearby. the hotel had only been open for 2 days when we stayed so the staff was still getting acquainted with the space and waiting on some supplies but overall the hotel was great! the room was the smallest we stayed in during our japan trip, but it was clean and comfortable. easy 15-20 minute walk to dotonbori area, very easy to navigate! 5-10 minute walk to trains to access JR...

"Room was clean and spacious. Had onsite microwave, laundry and and guest shower. Bathroom was the best one weve had through out our trip. Pajamas were nice and good quality. Would recommend "
