"The rental itself is quite nice - very well refurbished and modern, clean appearance. Very comfortable stay. The apartment complex itself is fine but nothing fancy. Location is excellent and closer to Main street than I expected. The property is managed by a local property manager and WILDLY OVERCOMMUNICATED with tons of emails to point of making it confusing. When it came time to check-in, I had to reference one email for the address, another separate email for the door code, and a non-VRBO app...

"This is our second time staying at this property. It is in a wonderful location close to anything you will need while on vacation. The views of the mountains are amazing. The unit is really spacious and clean. We experienced an issue with the door keypad needing a battery. I notified Daniel and new batteries were replaced quickly. All communication to Daniel was addressed rather quickly. We will definitely stay again at this property. Thank You Daniel."

"Just a few blocks away from downtown Frisco, and easy access to the bike trails. Be warned, condo is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. Normally wouldn’t have been a problem, but we came from Florida and we were really struggling with the altitude and stairs. Otherwise, we were happy with the accommodations."

"We were two families and a coach. Our athletes (daughters) had plenty of room to hang out and the bunk bed situation was perfect for them. The jacuzzi was a welcome bonus at the end of long training days. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and I could crest Large meals for everyone each night. 10/10 !"

"Property is great for pet owners with the fully fenced backyard. Better than the fence is the artificial turf in the backyard so that as the snow melts there is no mud! House was very clean, comfortable and roomy. Would definitely stay there again. Property managers also very responsive to our needs."
