It was good view of the beach and the room where clean and always had clean linen and beds bug only thing is had keep air on cause floors would get moisture on them so I was cold the whole time.

1st I want to say I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. It was pretty good all 3 times. BUT This time was so Horrible. The Room they gave us was different than usual and on another side. When I say this room needed up dating so bad. The TV in the Living Room or Bedroom didn't work at all. The Toilet didn't Flush and the room was Soooo cold it hurt. The AC wouldn't turn off at all. We picked up the phone to call The Front Desk but finally learned their Phones didn't work and were down. They Never Told us this At Check In. So We had to walked to the Front desk to tell them All of Our Concerns. They seemed to really not care at the time. So I told them we would only be staying the Night. They said they would charge us for that day only. Which I knew they would. We called all around and all Hotels were booked. So we Decided the next day to go to the Front Desk and let them know what was going on again with the room we were in. The Front Desk lady was really nice they Gave us another room. Thank God it was a Upgraded Remodeled room. It was so Nice and pretty. We were so happy. Then it was time to use the toilet Unfortunately it didn't work in this room either. We were so stressed and unhappy. So since the Phones didn't work we had to walk back to the Front Desk to let them know the toilet wasn't working. They had a maintenance guy come fix it. He spent 40 mins trying to get it to work. He just left and didn't tell us where he went or was it working or not... etc Cont.

Place is outdated . Broken kitchen cabinet, low pressure toilet , hard to flush . Room phone didn’t work, roaches, no iron or ironing table . Got stuck in elevator . Front desk employees not very friendly . Only nice thing was the ocean front room .

Overall our stay was great. The room was very clean, had plenty of towels and a very comfortable bed. The outdoor area/pools was fantastic and just great to spend time at, especially with the outdoor drink/food area. The food was really good! The only complaints are the laundry facilities and the breakfast offerings. The washing machines do not smell great, and are $2 for each wash and dry. Our clothes didn’t seem to have gotten very clean, and the dryer took two rounds of drying (I did not overstuff either of them). Breakfast was pretty disappointing. There’s not much to choose from, and the snack bar area doesn’t even have any little boxes of cereal or anything for picky kids. But again overall our stay was fine! Staff was super nice and very helpful whenever we asked any questions or needed anything for our room

Location very good. Property could use some updating, especially bathroom. Rust in areas, tile needs work and door needs to be replaced-wood chipping off along bottom and walls could use painting in areas-room good otherwise. Staff very freindly and attentive.

Room was very expensive and was great except kitchen was not stocked with enough basic pans for us to cook even the simplest of meals and bath tub had been painted not reglazed and paint was peeling off so we were unable to bath the baby with us in the tub.

This property was awful! The first room offered was dirty, worn, and old. It smelled awful. Suite 702, while well worn, was a bit better except for the bathroom fan which was very loud and vibrated enough to be felt in the bed. The water pressure ebbed and flowed causing a very discomfiting shower experience. The sink drain was very slow to empty. The paint was peeling on the door. We checked out early the next morning and hope to get a credit for the second night.

Reserved a room with beach view from balcony, I was given a room with a sand dune view. Was told they didn’t have one available. The accessible room was not accessible as far as the shower. It was a regular bathtub with a regular attached shower head. I was very disappointed due to the fact that the room was $345.00 for 1 night.

We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is showing its age. It was comfortable but in need of updating and repairs. If you’re looking for a bare-bones vacation the accommodations are fine but not fancy.

We stayed in a two double bed ocean view suit. I would definitely do it again. The pools were a great temperature. The access to the beach over the dunes was beautiful and easy to cross. The staff was very kind. The bar tenders at Manatees were great. Slow Wake made great mimosas. The breakfast cooking was a little slow. The staff worked very hard to keep the facilities clean and were most welcoming. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were really small. One elevator for the whole property. The restaurant at hotel had drainage back up and said it had been like that for well over a week. The waitress was having to walk in wet mushy water and cover floors with towels. The shower and sink pressure in room was horrible. Definitely not a place that represents Wyndham Hotels . We love the area but will definitely be staying somewhere nicer for what we paid. Over $700 for all this . No way

Our stay was decent. Definitely not a five star hotel, but we knew that before booking. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it took awhile to even have a staff member come serve our table. Donuts were pretty good. We were in the “C” building and throughout the night we constantly heard the doors slamming to the hotel rooms. It was loud enough to wake us up every time. In the shower the vent above was noticeably not clean. Loved the convenience to the beach (main reason for booking here) Overall, it was an okay stay.

No remote to tv when checked in to room. They brought the wrong kind of remote. Had to call 4 different times and multiple employees coming to our room to attempt to fix it. Finally got it fixed the night before we left. Room service did not come to room during 3rd day of stay so didnt have clean towels or bedding. Hotel room was by pool that had loud music playing on speakers we were not warned about. Very disapointed in the stay for what we paid. Would have been better off at a red roof inn.

I did not like the bed. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. You could feel the springs in the mattress. They really need to get new mattresses. Sleep is important on vacation and I did not sleep well. Woke up every morning with a back ache. Also, they were doing some remodeling and you could hear them drilling and hammering early in the morning. That was very inconsiderate for the guest trying to sleep in (and I am an early riser)! The location is what made the stay good. The beach was very nice and peaceful.

Very out dated. The second safety locks no longer worked The water pressure was horrible. During a shower the water pressure would go so low it would turn off the shower every minute, you would have to pull the shower knob back up every time. I let the front desk know the first day that my room phone did not work and nothing was done about it. Only one elevator and it was extremely slow.

Great location. The hotel has a band aide but needs a whole makeover. This was the noisiest hotel on our whole trip. The doors are old & slam super load. The staff was not friendly at all. Positive is the location!

We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel location. Short walk to the beach short drive to basically anything and everything that you would want to do. I would say that the hotel is in some needs of some upgrade our key card to get into our room hardly ever worked. We had to exchange it out three or four times while we were there. And we never knew which was going to work.

I stayed here on March 15-20. The staff was nice, especially the restaurant manager. When I booked this hotel, I was under the impression there was a small sandwich/bar out beside the pool. It was under construction, so that limited our choice of restaurants. The onsite restaurant did have very good breakfasts. The location of the hotel, exercise room, the heated pool and hot tub made up for the inconvenience of low water pressure and sand on the floor. I was ready to buy a whisk broom at one point because either we would track sand in from the patio, or it would be left after the cleaning. Overall, not a fancy place, but it is on the beach, there are shared beach toys available, and it is within walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants, and an Alvins Souvenir Shop.
