The floors in our room were not clean, and the chair looked to have some sort of food residue on it. The bathroom toilet and bathroom area did not smell good. It smelled as if it had only cleaned with toilet bowl water, and there was a strong urinal smell. I picked up the food crumbs/ debris off the floor (in multiple locations) with our baby wipes and wiped the chair down myself. I didn't say anything to hotel because it was the only double queen room left that I could find. The bed was comfortable but the blankets were very thin and everyone got a little chilly. The saving grace was the pool and breakfast and the extra strong coffee in the lobby.

Good midrange hotel right off of the interstate. Close to the historic downtown Ellensburg. The grounds are terribly unkept and no place to let my dog relieve herself. Just weedy gravel, litter and dead plants.

Property is very out of date. The bathroom floor was dirty, the faucet in the bath/shower barely worked, took my husband 5 minutes to get water to turn on. As soon as I was done taking a shower, he got in without turning water off because we were afraid we would not be able to get it back on. The bathroom fan did not work, entire hotel room was steamed up. Toilet ran our entire stay.

The staff attending the front desk were kind, friendly and helpful. The room was dirty and had a distinct odor to it. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime. My dog was curious about something under the bed and I of course looked under it to see what his fascination was. There was old food crumbs, a collection of hair and an assortment of god only knows what else. I have informed the management but am certain nothing will come of it. Definitely not worth the price, except for the staff, they were great.
