Staff rude at night . My room key stopped working and staff blamed me that i put it in my wallet thats why it stopped working. Never heard this explanation in my life

It was a very lovely hotel. Amaizing staff and very friendly. The cherry on the top was an icing dispenser on each floor. Very clean but unfortunately we take one score down for very old TV. No YouTube , just local random TV channels. Something to think your management about. Many thanks anyway !

The key cards operate the lifts - in theory. The reality is they work sporadically. The shower is brilliant but the soap and shampoo dispensers are designed by a sadistic miser - 80 "pumps" to get enough out to wash my hair is ridiculous. Breakfast good, but corners cut. Apple juice watered down. I won't be back.

Hotel is doing renovations, but still an excellent stay. The staff is very polite and informative, very helpful with planing tours or day trips. The bar and restaurant was also excellent. We definitely would stay here next time in Dublin.

We enjoyed the property and location. The checkin was slow, it’s chaotic at the front desk and set a so so first impression. But once we got into our room, we thought the room was good, the breakfast in the morning was very good, excellent helpful staff. Apparently Reno’s are going on, but we didn’t hear any construction noise.

The staff is above and beyond and the breakfast is to die for! All of the staff was exceptional, especially Ines who took care of me when I arrived early from a red eye flight!

The staff was great … no complaints unfortunately I did not feel safe outside the hotel seems that behind the hotel there is a street with street vendors and in general didn’t gave me a good vibe unfortunately The shower extremely small and I am a short petite person and I found it difficult to move around the shower for the price paid def not a good experience

Very centrally located hotel, close to supermarkets, bus stops and a shopping centre. The hotel room had a very comfortable bed, was of a very good size and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location allright. Thin walls. Breakfast should be included at that price. But what bothered me most was no coffee in room. Go all the way downstairs for a simple coffee and had to pay money for it. Tragic really.

Four Star Hotel? After checking in online via their app, then again at the desk to drop our bags off, due to early arrival. We returned later to encountered the staff could not find our booking!???? The rooms were very tired and noisy, clearly not heard of double glazing. The hotel had "door staff" due numerous issues in the area. I think the staff must had painted an extra star or two onto the building. Won't stay here again.

Good size rooms & comfortable! Had a good stay & staff was helpful, however, laundry services is an additional charge, it is not a self service use but rather they make you fill out a form & charge you per item of clothing! Other than that, excellent stay!

We were not aware at the time of booking that our room was going to be a handicapped room - no separate shower. Water was always all over the bathroom floor. The hotel was fully booked so we could not switch rooms. We had to ask for clean coffee mugs. Staff was very friendly however.

Excellent location, staff excellent. Key cards for room and elevator a minor issue, area to leave baggage before check in and after if you arrive early or departing late. Bathroom conditions could be upgraded, but that is only nit picking. Overall a good experience.

Only good thing about the property was the cleaning staff. I took my 1 year old child with me and had a terrible experience. They didn't had the option on warming baby milk. They advise us to keep going to the restaurant which was 1 floor down to warm up the milk. My kid drinks 3 time at night which meant i had to go to the restaurant 3 times, Which was awful. The staff was quite rude, they used to pick up phone calls after 10mins. What type of hotel does this. Very bad experience would never recommend it to anyone.
