We only stayed one night before continuing on to Banff. We were impressed with the entire facility and the staff were super friendly on check in, gave us the quick check in orientation and were friendly and professional on exit. Would definitely stay there again, well done guys! Derek

Good room, good breakfast, unexpectedly quiet. The only drawback was the hot tub was just warm, but not very.

The staff is ignorant and doesn’t listen. Won’t let me speak and cuts me off even with the error being their fault. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyonw

Location and fellow hotel residents. We were travelling with two little puppies and there was so much space to roam for walks. The other guests were quiet as they were mostly oil field workers. We were all there to relax, be comfortable and sleep! We had a wonderful stay!!

We asked for a lower level room as our children wake up early and we didn't want to disrupt any other guests. We were quickly accomodated and moved to a room with 2 queens on the main floor (we booked 3 doubles).
The pool, hot tub and waterslide are clean and seem to be maintained properly. There is a foosball table, pinball machine, multi arcade game and boardgames available for free. Lots to do for all ages!
Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The room was perfectly clean.
There were plenty of options for the included breakfast. Tables and breakfast area were all clean.
Plenty of parking including spots to plug in during the Christmas cold snap.
We stayed here with our 4 and 6 year old and we'll definitely be back!

The front desk service was great, we also needed extra blankets for my duaghters comfort, and they camr right away with no issues. Great service and place!

Super clean hotel, we are here for a kids hockey tournament, they catered to the kids, kept the pool and games room open late for them and made the games free for the kids. And best bed pillows in NHL history, like sleeping on a cloud.

One major issue with this property- their adherence to COVID masking protocols. Staff at the front desk had their masks down and only pulled them up as you approached them. Thankfully the ladies serving breakfast were more diligent and wore masks all the time. There are numerous guys working staying at this hotel - their ignorance and arrogance to COVID prevalent - no masks and no respect for space. The staff did not remind them to mask up and I get it policing a government policy would be exhausting. There is one place the hotel should be drawing the line… the breakfast bar. It is not fair to me and my family that those guys are able to use the breakfast bar and put us at risk. Management needs to make a change here!
