"Was close to the station and restaurants. Easy check in process. Rooms were small but normal for Japan. Public bath was relaxing."

"Quiet and older onsen by the river and train tracks in Gero onsen town. A shuttle service is providing certain hours, but we opted to walk to the resort from the train station. "The host was very easy to communicate with. The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and stunning views. Maybe some tea/coffee sachets would be nice as complimentary. Top location to start the Nakasendo trail from as transport was excellent in proximity to the property."
