"Michael, the general manager was excellent. Nothing was a problem for him. We left our luggage with him because we needed to drop it off early and he accepted it all and transferred it to our room without any issues. He was so helpful when we need a cork screw and showed us how to use the laundry facilities. He made our stay effortless. Thank you Michael "

"The staff was dressed in pajamas.... need I say more?? The room was decent for the price, but I did see one bug..... I understand that happens sometimes, but the staff's lack of professionalism caused the little things to stand out more. "
