"The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request "

"Overall we were happy with this hotel. It's about a ten minute walk east of the homelessness situation that East Hastings is known for. We were not concerned for our safety at all. To enter the main door from outside, the receptionist has to buzz you in or you use the key fob on your room key to unlock.
