The key entry to our room was more complicated and than it needed to be. A separate key for elevator and room which both didn’t work half the time we were there for the 3 nights we stayed. I sent my husband to go get a new key to room since we were locked out and the refused to give him one even though we share the same last name and showed his license. Mind you I had 2 dogs with me and had just driven 13 hours to get there.

The smoke detector strobe light kept me up all night. The staff basically told me there was nothing wrong because all the smoke detectors are the same. Did not actually check it out themselves not going back

Great staff they really made my stay special! The restaurants food was great and the cookies are always bonus. Neighborhood is a bit sketch which why you pay $15 for secure parking.

It was alright, the beds were comfortable but smaller than a queen size bed. The heater was loud every time it kicked on. Almost 200.00 not worth it.

My first time in that part of Denver.
The room was clean. When I took a shower. A plate that is in the tub fell off. When they re-tiled the shower area. Some of the tile was not grouted completely.
I do like how quiet it was. I liked that.
