The property inside was nice and seemed clean. The staff, especially the lady during the day at the front desk was Amazing! She truly went above what I've seen other desk attendants do. I've never seen them step out from the counter to help an elderly guest get through the door safely with their bags. That was just one of the reasons she struck me as being Awesome. Her whole attitude was joyful, like she was truly happy to be there. I'd give that lady a raise and make sure to hold on to her.

I don't mind standing in line to check in, if there's only one person standing at the desk. But if there are two, then both counters should be open. The room was clean and quiet.
