We had a great stay at The Kinzie! Our 1st trip to Chicago was a pleasant surprise. In town for a wedding at a different hotel. We arrived in town early, afternoon, headed to Navy Pier while waiting for check in. I called a bit early asking if we could park early so we could continue exploring. It was no problem. The staff could not have been nicer! We were able to park and check in a bit early. Our room, On 5th floor was wonderful. Our king bed so comfortable. Great walk in the morning before we left, find the River walk awesome. The staff always helpful attentive. They called taxi for us for our wedding event. no problem. Excellant one night stay! We want to come back to Chicago, and we would deffinitly stay at The Kinzie again! Thank you for making our 1st trip to Chicago a very pleasant experience!

Hotel was in a great spot, within walking distance to attractions and river walk. The parking was really pricey, but public transportation was available.

The hotel itself was great. Easy check in, clean room, nice staff. My only problem technically wasn’t the fault of the hotel. There is a nightclub bordering the back side of the hotel that blasted music every night until 5am, which was audible even inside the room. The overall location is fine and convenient, but if you stay here I would request a room on front side of the hotel facing Kinzie St.

Our stay at the Kinzie was awesome!! The staff greeted us every day and cared about our plans for the day. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. We walked pretty much everywhere. Breakfast was great too!!
