Had a great time staying at this place! Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Incredible location as well since its at the heart of downtown. So many restaurant options that are walkable.

The site was under construction during our stay. They did their best to keep quiet but did cause some issues with our stay. The executive suites also only had double beds and we had to swap rooms to get a king bed. The staff moved us quickly and without much fuss to a large room.

Stayed at the Rodd Charlottetown May 1st - 5th. The hotel’s currently undergoing exterior and interior renovations. Asked for a quiet room upon check-in, highlighting I would be working in it. Alas, adjacent rooms were having windows replaced. Hammering and drilling started before 9 am and continued throughout the day, and every week day. As well, there’s no soundproofing between rooms. When folks next door were still carrying on loudly after 2:30 am called the front desk. To hotel’s credit someone immediately came up and spoke with them. Strengths: Housekeeping and service in the restaurant were first-rate.
