Don’t mind changing sheets every other day, need to freshen and “fluff” the room. Could not watch TVfirst night to figure it out! Did not like the TV operation.

Had a wonderful overnight stay this President’s Day weekend. Hotel condition is pristine. Clean inside and outside. With truly professional and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful too. We had a problem with the keycard and at one point there was an incident that included a fire alarm being triggered. The staff handled it effectively and efficiently. The breakfast food were great too. Selections were simple but were mostly served warm. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

It was a short stay but we loved how conveniently located it was, how clean and nicely decorated the reception and dining/ reading area was. The rate is a little on the higher side tho.
Breakfast was ok - the variety was great but I did wish the options could have been a bit healthier. Maybe in addition to meat patties there could be spinach/ mushrooms for the eggs. The juices were super diluted and coffee was not strong.
Aside from that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The entire building is Smoke Free. This was a big plus for me. Property is clean and surrounding area safe. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfortable and bathroom specious and clean. Plenty of hot options for breakfast. You'll pay a little more but for the service and comfort it can't be beat. I would stay here again.

Total rude front office manager & absolute lack of management. He charged deposit without any pets from
us & returned later. after calling 3 times each to front office
& manager on duty at 7 pm on decenber 29th 2023 no body pick up the phone & directly gone to report non moving window curtain & the rudest front guy replaced the battries & orderd this is not his duty, just a favour for
us.
After that also the remote worked one time & whole night
it made little up & down automatic & making creeping sound .
The beds are all worn out aged out & while laying making
"U" shape plunge making the best Horrible night even for
we being only average or below average body wt.
the worst thing even the shower gell & hand soap dispenser was empty.
on 30th dec 2023 at 9 am in the break fast area all food
was empty except i got one coffee and 2 pieces of bread. what a pleasant buffet -- i waited 10 minutes no
staff showed up or filled anything.
same day 11 am me & one another guest waited 15 minutes to find anybody in front office but nobody was
there.
At last an old lady we find cleaning breakfast area was
handed over the keys & wrote our name on key tag.
for the last 26 years i been travelling all over the world & i am a california resident & this property owner must train
to the worst front office manager & team.

The notice for the pool was posted and active November 1st, 2023 through January 26th, 2024 on all Expedia party websites, including Hotels.com. This information can be located under "Fees and Policies: Renovations and Closures" as well as Frequently Asked Questions. Unfortunately, due to the reservation being booked December 10th for a stay beginning December 28th, this did not qualify for a refund under the terms of the reservation. We advise all guests to thoroughly read the fine print and reservation details as we are not directly affiliated with Expedia's practices or cancellation policies.
