I wish I could post a picture, but there was actually a bullet hole in our window. It was shot from inside our room. One of the panes was replaced but the exterior window still had the bullet hole and glass in the track of the window. It's a pet friendly hotel, but there was dog hair in every nook and cranny of this room. The bedding was as warm as a wrapping yourself in tissue paper. That was the thickness and warmth. Two bath towels and 1 hand towels were all that were provided. No wash cloths. 2 small bars of soap, no shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The ice machines were broken, we were told to use the one in our room. Our refrigerator's waterline wasn't even connected. Lovely photos of a swimming pool on the website. A sign on the gate read "out of order" it was closed and green. The fitness facility also had a sign that read "out of order" The door was open but none of 4 machines were operable. No bed bugs... bonus!

Avoid this property!!!! the room was filthy. There were questionable stains all over the couch and beds. We had to request clean linens because the room was so disgusting. Not a family friendly place whatsover. However, I'm extremely thankful for Norma who heard our complaints and credited us 80$ which made it a little better. If you are staying here bring your own cleaning supplies and linens.

The lack of cleanliness of the room and hotel, made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Pool was out of service. Rooms were well equipped with kitchenware and appliances. Room also came with a sofa bed. Staff was friendly.

Worst experience ever. Bell desk staff was racist, they sold my room and did not respect what I paid for. They gave me what they supposed to have available. Front desk staff insisted i payed for a double queen room and i payed for a king room. They did not sole anything at all. Do not stay at this property at all
