Clean, safe and accessible.

We expected way more from this hotel than what we received. Firstly the floors were dirty and the toilet was leaking water onto the floor for our entire stay. We had the jetted bath in the room and every time we used it a FOUL smell came from the sink, the plumbing is so badly done. The “special” rooms are just cheap luxury. AND they are NOT sound proof like they advertise. We could hear entire conversations from the room next to us. The location was also inconvenient, the hotel is about 20 minutes away from all the main attractions of Cappadocia. Overall, don’t waste your money on cheap luxury. We stayed at a smaller hotel in the main city for our last night and we loved it, and it was half the price.

Great staff service, excellent location with amazing sunset and sunrise views from a open patio restaurant, food service at breakfast & lunch are delicious, rooms are impeccably clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended
