"The Laura Hotel is amazing. My fiance and I decided to do a staycation for our 6 year anniversary. Upon arriving check in was super fast. A bell boy brought up our luggage. The location is downtown so you will hear cars all night but it wasn’t a bother. The room was super nice and clean. If you want the soaking tub you will need to stay in the executive king or up. The parking garage they have is on the next street. You can self park which is way cheaper, we paid 40 something for Saturday and Sunday and leaving Monday. If you valet they use the same garage but there is a charge, it’s much cheaper to just self park and pay. The pool area is kinda small but it’s a nice pool with cabanas for rental and an outside bar. It’s also connected to a lifetime fitness that I believe guest who are staying in the hotel have access to. Food places are awesome around there, definitely check out franks pizza that delivered to us in under 30 mins. The only photo I have is of the tub ☺️ The Laura hotel is definitely one of the hotels I will use for another staycation or to recommend to anyone!! "

"The only thing I didn’t like is if you have a lower setting car trying to get in and out of the parking area onto the street can damage the front with the horrible dip there. Especially in the busy times when you don’t have time to go out slower. Other than that the hotel itself was lovely!!! "

"Hotel Zaza is the perfect location for visiting the marvelous museums nearby. The hotel has a wonderful vibe, great restaurant and bar with nightly promotions, beautiful spacious rooms, morning coffee/tea service on every floor. And a free car service within a 3-mile radius, so easy to access other great museums, restaurants and attractions in the near vicinity. Highly recommend!"

"The newly remodeled Rusk house apt are perfect for families going to an Astros game! The restaurant exceeded expectations. It was so good we dined there for every meal!"

"I didnt like how staff assumed i was familiar with the area and with how things work. Another guest at the hotel had to show me how to use the elevator using a room key card. He also explained how i would need it to get back into the hotel. No one gave us a map/diagram of the area or of the hotel. It wasnt until we were leaving that we found out it had an indoor pool on a different floor. I had to ask the Concierge for an area map and ask questions about the area. The room was very clean amd the view was beautiful. Parking was not easy either. Where im from we dont have parking garages like this one. Luckily an attendant rushed over to assist me. It took me several minutes to find where to scan the room key ss we left. "
