This room was DIRTY!! The floor was so unkept, my family and I stuck to the floor when we walked. The coffee pot in the room was reusing the plastic (throw away after one usage) coffee filter…gross. It makes me wonder HOW many people have touched and used this disposable filter? There were wads of hair (no, I am not joking) in the shower drain that had not been cleaned out from previous stays. Everyone in my family wore socks or shoes when walking around in the room. On a final note, when they say they have “breakfast,” don’t let it fool you, packaged dry oatmeal or a fruit bar do not provide much of an option to choose from. There will never be another stay here.

Room was dirty Wanted to exchange my dirty towels because room was not cleaned first day they made me bring the towels to the office and wasn’t able to exchange all 4 only got 3 even though the room says you will be charged if you don’t have all towels in it when you leave was a big hassle so unsatisfied Our feet were dirty from the floor on the first day I know it was busy but should of had more than 1 person on staff to take care of the guests

The bed was very comfortable. There was no place to hang anything. The hair dryer only worked on high and the off switch didn’t work. The tub drain did not work. The couch needed to be replaced. This is an old property that needs a lot of work.

The shower was stuck onthe coldest setting because because the handle was broken. When a litttle water got on the floor from the shower, I wipped it off, and the towel was incredibly dirty with the dirt that came off the floor. All that was bearable, however I went to the front office minutes after 9am to ask if it was better for me to book up front, or expedia since I wanted to stay in Bend a couple more days. We determined expedia would be better. I noticed they had boiled eggs in the lobby for the "free breakfast." I happened to be starving to death so i asked if i could have one, and it was a hard no "we only give food until 9." This was just a few minutes past and they were right there. I chuckled and asked if she was being serious, and she said she was. Mind you, I have extremely good manors and I'm very polite, so she didn't turn me away for being rude or anything of the sort. Just weird customer service. That wasn't a huge deal at all, i just thought it was really petty, and opted to stay at a hotel a couple of blocks away with better customer service.

Buffet breakfast was advertised but was actually only a few prepackaged grab-and-go items. Motel property was basically just a busy parking lot. In the room, the tub did not work, one USB charger did not work, and room was run down with broken tile.
