Nice hotel above the Sants station no problem for transportation to and from Barcelona city including Hop on hop off bus stop across from the hotel. Room is nice bright decor like the separate showers and toilet the only inconveniences was the A/C unit was pre set by the hotel it was on the warm side you have notify the receptionist to have the until turn down the temperature.

The bathroom layout is a bit awkward / small, and the walls a little marked up, but everything else was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the view was amazing, the staff is excellent.

Hotel above train station
Hotel is conveniently located above the train station. Public transport, F&B choices and city tour bus stop all within the vicinity. Hotel is modern and clean. Staffs are friendly and efficient. Room is decent and the view is good. Generally this hotel is ideal for transit travellers. The only one complaint is the housekeeping. Once they forgot to refill the toliet paper, coffee/tea/creamer and even after reminder, the second round they forgot to put in the coffee/tea/creamer. It would have been a 5 stars rating if not for this rather careless and inefficient housekeeping.

Stayed here for one night but wouldn’t consider a place to stay for longer. The place it’s too dark for my taste with an interesting space theme. The blinds for the room were filthy dirty with what appeared to be mold. Got laundry service which is super expensive as they charge per item - total cost for 6 shirts was £70. No shuttle service. Like I said, it was ok for one night only and will not be staying here again.

Not quite perfect!
The hotel is located in a very convenient location next to the main train station. It has a space age and futuristic theme which was quirky. The welcome we received from Reception was very nice and we did receive a room upgrade. Sadly I was very disappointed that the birthday cake I ordered for my husband’s 90 th birthday was not delivered by 2.00 pm on his birthday. I arranged the cake from home by email and when we arrived every day I reminded the staff three times of the delivery time and day to our room. The manager apologised, but I felt it was not enough for ruining that part of my husband’s surprise. I felt they could have sent up wine or something else to our room to compensate their error for overlooking the cake. They offered to deliver one about 5 pm but we were going out to celebrate the next part of his surprise, so there was no point in sending the cake then. We were also leaving for a flight early the next morning. One morning there was no water and when I enquired at the desk they said their maintenance was looking into the problem. It was fixed a couple of hours later. As I mentioned everything else about the hotel was lovely, except for the personal disappointment regarding the birthday cake.
