"This place is great. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel. They were the most lovely people; I can't praise them enough. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in Minato Mirai, Bashamichi stop on the MM line outside the door, and a Lincos grocery store next door. The view from the hotel lobby is the best in the area. The room is well equipped, with a washer/dryer, frig, and everything to dine in the room.
