Excellent breakfast—eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits, waffles, coffee, juices etc. Love how a water dispenser filled w/ice & lemons at the elevator. Responsive to our asks for no-slip mat in walk in bath for elderly parent. But the 2nd person who handled our night check in was not customer service friendly. No pool available even though it was listed. Other guests at hotel were loud & dirty (dropped food in elevator, left trash on furniture—i felt for the staff which tried to keep up w/their messes.) Would definitely go again though.

I dont like the fact that a pool is advertised, when in fact it was not cleaned and not quite open for the season. If not open, then dont list it. Truthfuly, i would have, booked elsewhere, the kids, as myself look forward to it when traveling. I should haved asked, but feel i shouldnt have to.
