"We absolutely loved our time here! The house is amazing (with the 75 steps to get down to) & we loved having the dock & private beach nearby. We kayaked & snorkeled right there & saw all kinds of fish & many sea turtles!! Fatima & Antonio were a great help with anything we needed. We arranged a fun day trip to Ilha Grande with Angra Passeios with pickup from the villa dock -- if swells are 3+ feet, ask for a stop at Praia do Pouso and it's a moderate half hour hike to lovely Lopes Mendes Beach. With calm seas you can add Aventureiro Beach on the south side. Tip: after entering the security entrance, bear left at the first fork in the road."

"We had an amazing week stay! The house accommodated comfortably 20 adults and 4 children. The gourmet area located by the beach is the high point as we all got together during the day and until late at night. The house staff I don’t have enough words to describe them. "The house is beautiful and Roberto was an amazing host! The pool was amazing and warm with a gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains from the deck. The beds were comfortable and the house was large and very clean. We had a couple of minor issues that we did NOT complain about to Roberto because they didn't effect our stay. But, the house was very warm during the day. There is only AC in the bedrooms. However, we didn't spend a lot of time IN the house. We were out on the deck and in the pool....
