This is a lovely hotel, in a quiet area, but very easily walkable to the center if town, and all the activities. The staff was wonderful.

I must say we had an unfortunate check-in experience. We were only staying for 1 night. We arrived at 10am and were leaving around 5:30am the next morning. We had 1 free breakfast included with our stay, and because we were leaving the following day before the breakfast would even open, we asked if we could have breakfast on the day we arrived. We were told that that's "against the rules". After much arguing back and forth, they eventually let us have our breakfast. We had to insist to speak with a manager over what was clearly common sense. There was plenty of food left and the dining hall was not full of people. It was an unnecessary way to start off the stay. The hotel room itself was lovely, beautiful view, very comfortable beds, the sheets smelled amazing, clean & spacious bathroom, gorgeous pool. All of the other staff were incredibly friendly and they helped us call a taxi to the airport the next morning. They are able to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in, which we appreciated. Easy walking distance from town and a small grocery store right across the street. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, but I don't understand why they made such a fuss about the breakfast day.

The rooms could use some updating and the facade is rusting a badly needs painting. Breakfast was good and the dinner buffet was average (although there seemed to be no end to the waiters refilling our wine glasses). The swimming was very good, both the pool and the ocean. Free parking, which was good since it is a long walk to the down town. The staff at the desk were exceptional in every way.

Great value for a 2-person room with a view of the ocean and breakfast included! If you like to walk, this property is very walkable to town and restaurants, etc. The staff was very helpful when asked. No toiletries beyond soap in the bathroom. Great views from the bar and from the pool deck.

AC lacking, overall good
AC in the room does not reach the top floor, makes it much hotter than it is downstairs. This wouldn’t be an issue if we were on the first floor because the ambient heating from the sun wouldn’t be so bad. The view was amazing though.

It is a very large property and the ocean view rooms are quite nice and better than what the pictures show. We had a garden view and then upgraded to ocean. The hotel is a decent walk in to town but is very manageable. Hotel staff was wonderful and even arranged for a birthday surprise. Access to the gym was great and the swimming would be fantastic if it had been warmer If we went back to the island, we’d stay.

Great stay. Loved being so close to the public swimming area in the ocean while also having the option of the lounge chairs at the hotel pool. Front desk staff were very helpful both with recommendations and making reservations. It is a bit of a walk from the city center, but there is also a bus.

We stayed for four nights and arrived at noon. We were told checkin was at two but the staff did not ask our names nor check our booking. We had lunch at their restaurant and got our room at 1:30. Some staff had problem communicating in English with us. In general most people on the island were not fluent in English. The hotel was in good condition but outside needs some TLC. Our room was small but clean and nice. It has a great view of the cove. There is a public wharf where people swim. No sandy beach. There are two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. Parking is underground. The electronic door throb opens the room door, parking garage barrier and activate the room electrical supply. Free breakfast was good but the same food for all four days. There is a free standing tower by the pool area with a spiral stairway. Nice view at the top.

Awesome hotel! great location with amazing views! The only thing was the beds were a little hard but we were so tired from all the days activities that we fell asleep pretty easily anyways. Would definitely recommend!

Great spot on the water and bus stop right in front! Staff was exceptional including Duarte and Carlos. Breakfast was very good. Pillows were the sad part. Hotel needs to invest in new pillows.

Lovely view and atmosphere!
I only had two days on the island while visiting friends who booked this hotel for me. My room had a lovely view and I enjoyed an afternoon taking advantage of the location and was able to relax around the pool and swim in the ocean close by.
