My room was not in the best condition, it appeared that the door had been broken in to. The toilet did not properly flush. The sheets were very dingy. Staff were extremely nice and courteous.

This has to be the worst place ive stayed in. Staff was good. Got to room and it was like i was in the 90s all over again. Tv was a old school box tv. Couldn't get remote to work. Curtain kept falling off rail when sliding them open or shut. Toliet kept running. We had sheets for covers . Overall horrible place to stay. Next time ill pay 200 more and stay some where else.

The price is nice. Room was VERY small but was clean. The toilet had a constant filling going. It was also raining and we were by the rain spouts, so it was very noisy all night.

Not very clean at all. There was hair all over the bed, a tiny spider on our sheets, and the carpet was very old and dirty. The toilet had not been cleaned, and there was hair in the sink. The staff was very friendly, but I would not stay here again.

The property from the outside looks nice, but the carpets inside are matted and dirty. The room had poorly washed towels, and the carpet in our room looked just like the main building carpet. The toilet was LOUD when flushed. Would have been fine if it was just loud for a moment, nope 20 seconds to fill. The staff was on the phone when we came to check in. We didn't even get so much as a hello.

Room was very dated but appeared clean as it could be. Extra locking latch on door was missing. Very nice clean lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Seems the whole place could use a major upgrade but overall not bad as far as my 2 day stay if you’re not looking for fancy rooms and amenities.

The hotel was a bit dated and was in need of a lot of updates. Carpet and beds looked to be over due to be replaced. Bathroom need some but not a lot of renovation. Other part needed to be repaired.

First room had no safety lock and toilet running constant. Went and asked for another room which they gave us but air conditioning not very good so warm in room. Both rooms had stains in carpet, blackout drapes were rotten on back side so light shined through. Needs updated. Very disappointed this time. We have stayed there in the past and was fine but not this time. Won’t stay there again.

The front desk was very helpful and assisted me getting my luggage into my room but bed mattress covered in bugs along mattress and box spring and dead crickets everywhere in the room. I left and stayed elsewhere. Disgusting bedbug or flea problem and other bugs. Entry way nice and modern but should invest in pest control first.

Recent stay for my high school reunion!
My was great. I was upgraded to a suite (no extra charge) the room wonderful. The service was great and so my check-in experience. Need more variety of breakfast items but overall my stay was excellent.

The property is very run down. Our room had threadbare carpet, a chair cushion with huge stains in it, a tattered shower curtain and a hole punched in the bathroom door. It was barely clean enough. The shower water heat was very nice and unlike most hotels, it was plenty hot. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and could not have been more helpful. It is a two story motel and there is no elevator. I do not know how they manage ADA compliance. The rates were affordable but we will not be returning.

This was my third time to stay here since Thanksgiving. Somehow it has gotten worse each time. My husband and I traveled together the first two times, so I never worried about my safety; however, on this trip I felt like I wish I had considered other options. It seems as though the workers staffing the front are also responsible for flipping rooms. What was most disgusting this time is that the sheets and comforter were visibly dirty. I somewhat shunned off the comforter portion, but the more I looked at the sheets, the more hair I found. I'm not sure if the linens are especially old/used, or if the wash loads are so full they cannot get clean. The issue with the outdoor lights has yet to be resolved, meaning the clerk must remember to turn the lights on at an appropriate time. There is still a tree blocking the signage from the South. What really stinks is that I would probably stay here again because the next best option is the hotel across the highway that goes for 2x to 3x more per night.

The room was spacious, on the second floor with no elevator but not bad since only one flight of stairs. Hallway was extremely hot. Breakfast could have been better. Bed was comfortable but squeaky. Carpet in room had stains but overall not bad for what we needed. Also sign on road was not lit up making it difficult to find entrance.

This was our second time staying at this property in two months. It provides the minimum requirements for a night's sleep at a decent price. The sign and parking lot were not lit up after dark, causing an unsafe feeling. The hotel needs updates/renovations, but the items are 'simple'. Our shower curtain was extremely tattered. This sort of thing should be replaced immediately. The carpet needs to be replaced or restretched. Linens were not dirty, but definitely stained.

The hotel sign was not lite up and no lights in the parking lot. The first room they put us in the bed were not made and the room was dirty. Tv did not work and lights did not work in half the room. The front desk girl was not friendly at all. She did not smile the whole time during checking.

First off I had requested a handicap room, they gave me a regular room, they did change when I went back to counter. There were no towel racks in the bathroom at all, one shelf. There was water damage to the side of the shower on both edges. Mold was starting to form on the wood. The tub around the drain was cracked & soft when you stepped on it while taking a shower, dangerous. The carpet in the room was wringled & stained. The overhead light was not working, it was not the light bulb, the entire socket was cracked up in the ceiling, fire hazard from possible sparks. Won't stay at this property or any other Windham hotels again.
