The water did not work in the shower and there was mold. When I brought it to the front desk attention they said I should have asked for maintenance. My reply to you is really? I'm exhausted from travel, undressed and ready to shower to learn the water doesn't turn on. Now I'm expected to get dressed again call for help, have a stranger in my room at night. My question is why should I have to call for help. I'm paying for a room that is suitable for a comfortable overnight stay. Did the maid not report no water or faulty water faucet? The front desk acknowledged knowing some rooms have an issue yet they did not block them from use until repairs were completed. The mattress was placed over a sheet of plywood, no box springs. That's special. Breakfast was toast and condiments. No thank you. Huge disappointment. Would like my money back.
