10/10. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. Easy communication with staff, clean and spacious apartment within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Free parking on site and laundry facilities in our room. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We will recommend your apartments to others travelling to the area.

Great location and easy direction to get in the building and room. There is a parking lot right in front of the building and clean washer and dryer in unit. It was very nice to stay here.

Everything went smoothly. Parking spots on the property. Entry was straight forward with the code, which was received well in advance. Very clean and bright apartment with generous space for three. Washer and dryer in unit which was very welcome. Big tv with very good Wifi. Very nice heated outdoor pool nearby where my son got to slide and play for hours in winter temps. View of the church on the hill.

Communication and assistance throughout our stay was great!! We planned for only 3 nights, but weather kept us in the same location for a few extra nights. K16 was definitely willing to help us in any way possible. Also, free access to a washer and dryer…priceless!!

Fantastic apartment in the centre of town with a fully equipped kitchen/ lounge. It had a separate bed area with a very comfy bed,. The bathroom had an excellent shower and it is close to the town centre and free bus service!

Fantastic!!
K16 apartments was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again. The place was exceptionally clean, big and well laid out room. Convenient in terms of location. There was a large television with Netflix access!

Spacious apartment for 2 with access to communal laundry n dryer. Ventilation was average as the unit still carries the cooking smell from the previous tenant and so is the fridge has the fermented food smell. WiFi not great as the TV cant stream YouTube without buffering. Location is good though

Good location, nice apartment and competitively priced. Nice to have more than just a bed in a room. Very roomy and comfortable. No breakfast but they have a washer and dryer and it’s free of charge! Great to do laundry mud way through our trip.

Pleasant stay
My daughter and I recently stayed here while driving around the Ring Road, and our stay was great! It was centrally located and felt safe. Parking was a little tight and the laundry room was a little sketchy but we always had parking and the washer and dryer worked great. They even had wash pods free of charge to use. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was super clean! We would definitely stay again!

This apartment was clean and spacious. It was amazing that there was a washer and dryer machine that we could use for our laundry. We were looking for one for so long! Definitely worth while. Just a couple of small issues that was a little uncomfortable. Onsite parking can get full and you may have to find parking on the street. This was not advertised on the website (Expedia) and they did not provide shampoo and toileteries as was advertised on Expedia. These were the only two minor issues. The rest of our stay was amazing!
