"Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular...

"Our family of four could not have been happier with our visit. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. The comfort apartment was perfect for our family, spacious and with an amazing private outdoor shower. My daughter and I enjoyed massages on site, and both kids learned to windsurf at the onsite water sports school. The included breakfast was great, with option of made to order omelettes, waffles and tapioca wraps. Lunch and dinner...

"Muito bom hotel, proposta de ser um refúgio zen em Pipa. Bom café da manhã e restaurante, ficamos em uma das casas que é muito confortável com piscinas e quartos muito boas. O único problema que tivemos foi com o escoamento da água no box de um dos quartos que transbordava bastante… Chama a atenção tb a questão de parte do hotel estar numa encosta bem íngreme q pode dificultar para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção, apesar deles terem um carro que auxilia. "
