"Pros: Hotel is nice and clean. Checking in was quick and I’m touched by a thoughtful warm cookies they handed me. Con: parking was not free-$32 tax and I wasn’t told there was a charge until the next day via email. There were municipal parking lots outside which charged far cheaper. No microwave to warm up food. "

"The Folding Mountain ski chalet was perfect place for our Jasper ski trip. Overall a 5-star property with king beds and ensuite bathrooms in each room. There was plenty of room for everyone and many amenities included. Also, the hot tub was a big hit!"

"From the second I walked into that house there were issues: - entry key fob and code did not work - fire alarm was not working - air conditioner did not work, had to be moved late in evening to neighbouring townhouse - first attempt at entry into the house at 1030pm (3 gentleman) - security alarm not working in second place - large party at home, - second attempted entry into the house where a gentleman at 1230am was banging on the door and yelling “let me into the fking house” - loud music...
