"We stayed here the night we landed in Japan. Really handy to the airport and the staff were great. Had a lovely time in the onsen in the morning before heading off to Tokyo. Waking up to all the mature trees was a great bonus. Parts of the hotel seemed fairly tired but nothing that worried us. "

"The facility was a bit old, and shuttle bus frequency to airport was a bit long. But everything was fine, no a big problem. "

"Breakfast choices are very limited, hotel shuttles very crowded, never have seats available, don’t even have space for standing, guests push each others to get into the bus, terrible, need to provide bigger buses or increase shuttle schedules."

"Great staff. Nice facilities including swimming pool, bath, and fitness center. The pool and bath was not open until mid afternoon. The Japanese restaurant looked great but we stayed on a Monday and it was closed. The Gardenia was fine though. All in all a nice place to stay and relax during our last night in Japan. "

"It is an older inn which was clean and economical. Close to the airport and the free shuttle is a plus. A great place to rest up before you catch your flight out. No frills, just basics. "

"Its not too close to narita but they provide shuttle service. Just if you miss one you have to wait a few hours. Furniture dated but we had fun at the california bar. That bartender was so amazing. "

"Nice that it is near the train n bus station. I wish the hotel provided bus service from the airport. Also, hotel should provide bus service to the airport after 10.40am. We had to leave the hotel early to avail of their last trip bus service at 10.40 am when our flt was still at 6pm. If they had a later service, we could have left our bags at the hotel n hopped the train for more sightseeing."
