"The Inn is a basic hotel and has just about the basic amenities. The breakfast was sub par and the rooms were spartan. The front desk was not of much help for information on places to day and where the cherry blossoms were."

"Off all the chain hotels we stayed in in Japan, this is our favorite, so much so that we plan to look for Daiwa hotels now when we book for future trips. Nice big lobby, bilingual staff, easy check in/out with automation, nice rooms, modern and larger bathroom. Everything seemed upgrade level. Definitely enjoyed staying there and it was near the station with lots of eateries to choose from."

"There is a step up into the bathroom. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The train station is a 15 minute walk away. Very good small eateries in area. "

"Property is close to terminal and has a variety of easily accessible shops nearby. There are no flaws and staff are extremely accommodating and respectful. Noisy guests are a concern but not the Hotels fault. Have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. "

"The hotel is in a prime locaiton. It is very close to Morioka Station, just 4 min walk via subway. It is walkable to all important sightseeing location in the city centre. Staff has kept the hotel very clean."

"Pretty close to Morioka Station, this hotel is clean. The available carpark is not free and quite limited in spaces. Not really suited to families as there weren't any family rooms available. It's called Hotel Jin Morioka Ekimae, but it's really behind the station which is a quieter area with minimal dining and shopping."

"Near train station, 4 minutes walk. Breakfast good. Nearby Matsuya . Easy access to Fesan mall with many restaurants, groceries and dry goods stores. "

"Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper. "

"This was our second time staying here in 4 days and the staff is amazing. They of course recognized us and were incredibly friendly. The check-in and check-out process is simple."

"We had a beautiful mountain view of the slopes. The room seemed old and ready for a renovation. We went on a Japanese holiday so all the restaurants we wanted to eat at had no availability, and neither did the kids daycare service. "

"Public bath was too crowded. There were no spaces for us. So, I didn’t use it, But the hotel asked us to pay Onsen tax. I think it should be included in the price when I booked. "
