"The hotel is well located right by the beach, you can see both the sunset and sunrise. Breakfast is excellent with king crabs legs. Wifi is fast and room is clean and roomy and very comfortable. Reception speaks English well. The onsen has beach view. We highly recommend this hotel with great restaurant for dinner as well nearby Hokaido rolling sushi restaurant."

"Very nice onsen ryokan with seaview in room and breakfast area. It is also good that u can enjoy the dinner in your room, which is now not a common practice in most of the onsen ryokan. There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. "Overall a nice Onsen hotel located on the top of the hill. Will be tough if u dun drive. We arrived after last light and it is very dark as there’s no lights going up. But it is still ok. The staff at reception was very helpful to assist in calling a nearby restaurant to check if there’re open for dinner. "
