"There was one employee that was completely rude and condescending! When I ask for toilet paper it took 1hr 1/2 to get it. When I asked about it she took NO responsibility. Same employee took no responsibility for my mom who is in a wheelchair was left cold and wet after having to put the bathtub because there was no stopper. HORRIBLE "

Very disappointed to find out when we checked in that it would cost such an exorbitant amount for our puppy to stay as well "

"The overall property was beautiful! We absolutely felt safe in this location. Everything about the room was modern and beds were comfortable. Free Parking onsite was great and the pool area was clean. The best part was the proximity to the Woodlands ( Houston) I give this hotel 2 thumbs up and will return in the future "

"Very convenient location. Found hair on bathroom floor. Elevator didn’t work one evening. A side door failed to work for one time. Both elevator and door were repaired immediately. There were two conditioner bottles in shower stall but no shampoo."

"We stayed overnight at the Wingate by Wyndham in Longview. The rooms were clean and remodeled nicely. The hallway carpet looks like it's from the 70's though. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. "
