The bars outside made it a little noisy, but again this wasn't a problem for me - if you are a light sleeper it may bother you. The location is excellent, super close to Maxwell Food Centre for a bite, and walkable to all downtown and many touristic attractions. "Room was congested but had all basic facilities; hot water, a small window, reasonable size bed. Towels were stained though & bathroom should have its own bin. Missing a fridge too yet given the price, don’t know if you can expect a fridge? Not very noise- proof; can hear someone talking outside the room but not from the rooms adjacent."
