"This is an original hotel next to the original train station so very historic. bathrooms, plug ins, air conditioning, WIFI and televisions have been added to the rooms and the fireplaces remain. Such a neat place. The rooms are on the second floor with no elevator so stairs are the only option. We were lucky to have the owner come down and carry our bag up. Great touch."

"It was a good stay for the night, we had a clean room and comfortable bed. Very quiet and easy check in - my only issue was the pillows, they were too soft for me, I would have liked to have extras in the closet as well as an extra blanket. Other than that, it was fine!"

"Overall the stay went well except that we wanted to relax in a nice outdoor sitting area. The area we were directed to was only accessible by walking through a the indoor pool room which had an extremely strong smell of chlorine. Many of the outdoor tables were tipped upside down and the cushions were on the ground and in poor repair. The area was very small with a very high fence and a locked gate. Therefore we had to leave through the indoor pool room again."

"Staff were very polite. Breakfast consisted of cereal, toast with jelly, biscuits and gravy and more. The juice machine was out of order. Bed was clean with abundant pillows. Coffee pot inside room could have worked better, but if you fiddled with it, it made a weak cup of Joe. Overall, I would stay there again. "
