"We had a great stay at Fairhaven Hotel. The family room was comfortable and a good size, and the location of the hotel was perfect for direct access to the beach and other local amenitiies The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and my son loved the breakfasts! We would definitely stay again in the future."

"A basic but comfortable Hostel in the centre of Bath. Top floor Showers do not have hot water however pro tip is the 1st floor showers are electric so you can get your hot shower there. The 3 bed bunks are very uncomfortable - however it was good enough for 1 night stay in Bath. "

"We had a room on the third floor at the back of the hotel. very quiet. Clean, comfortable bed, Not a large room but perfectly adequate for what we needed. Staff very helpful and friendly, great breakfast. Easy walking distance of the train station, and the city centre. Great stay. Thank you. "

"Fantastic hotel and Fantastic staff and service, are flight was late back to Bristol airport and they waited for us as a late check-in "

"Good location, an idea might be to separate the hotel parking from Lidl , maybe just set an area aside"

"The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had concerns about staying in a pub because of noise only this was not the case. Location great and we were back in time for a night cap. Also thought the double (used to king size at home) was going to be uncomfortable thankfully it wasn’t. We didn’t realise shampoos etc were in the landing our fault as we collected the key earlier than check in and returned later that night. We hope to return next year if we go to the Wessex Folk Festival....

"From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and I love the green ethos adopted by the Telstar. Their Guest Information book makes it clear that we all have a role to play. It explains: “As the old man walked down to the beach at dawn he noticed a young man ahead of him picking up starfish and flinging them back into the sea. Finally catching up with the youth he asked him why he was doing this as the beach went on for miles and there were millions of starfish. How can your effort...

"Room was ok needs updating, sink taps need attention, cracks in sink and shower tray, but they didn't leak so that was good, perhaps they will get round to it as it looks like there doing bits to hotel."

"We stayed in a private room. It was very clean, and I really liked the amenities they provided and the decoration. Although there is no ensuite bathroom, the shared bathroom is very clean. For the price we paid, this is probably the best we can find in Bath without doubt. Will try this Hostel at other locations in the future "

"The staff were so accommodating and the location was great. I had a room for a night prior to moving to a house on the Pentire. The kept my luggage until the house was ready. The view from the window was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. "
