"I flew into Billund because the airport had the best connections. We wanted a unique experience so we booked a room at the Billund B&B. We took a taxi from the airport to this beautiful farm B&B. The room was small and clean. There is a shared bathroom, eating room with sofas, and a patio. The outside view is peaceful. The owner was kind and gave us directions to catch a bus into Billund. We walked down a dirt road for about 1 mile and came to a major highway. About a 1 mile walking...

"A small, characterful hotel in the centre of town. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was good but lacked storage. Food was great, although portions were huge. A short walk took you to the town's many attractions. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed for a night while in Billund to see Lego House. The room had lots of space and is a restored farmhouse style building and feels cozy with a modern bathroom and kitchenette with everything needed to cook a meal. There is a nice common area with Lego play bricks, and outdoor space with nice trees to sit outside. "

"Our whole experience of this place was awful. We stayed for two nights with our pet dog. There was no reception, in fact we saw no sign of any staff other than breakfast the morning after checking ourselves in. The room as a positive linen was clean, the bins had not been emptied from previous occupants, there was even food in the bin! Breakfast was a very unpleasant experience, we arranged the time of 9.00AM via text message. When we went down there were no clean tables to sit at so we waited...

"Be carful not to get this hotel mixed up with Hotel Ansgar in Esbjerg! When you finally figure out what happened and try to cancel your booking they will tell you to call Expedia to waste time so that they can keep the full payment. I travel twice a month to Denmark, specifically West Jutland, but I will never stay at this hotel no matter if it's the last hotel left! "

"Slidt og brugt, ejer havde ikke styr på vores værelse, vi endte et et værelse hvor han oplyse der var en ny seng, den var ikke nu i dette årti, og en futon seng mine børn på 25/30 kg klagede over at sove på da de kunde mærke jernet i gemmen “madrassen” jeg måtte ligge dem på deres dyner og give dem min dyne til deling. Vi havde også bestilt med senge lined det var der ikke og det vi fik var med sygninger der var gået. Og tæppet på værelset lugtede, der manglede lampe skærme mm Helt i gemmen...

"The place was fine, the host was good. It’s easy to find and you have the entire upstairs. The living room is spacious and the bathroom has a small room with a kitchenette. It does smell like cigarette smoke so beware of that. HOWEVER the management company DanCenter is a complete nightmare. They keep short office hours, don’t answer the phones within office hours, don’t respond to emails promptly or appropriately, if they do eventually respond then they don’t actually read your email. ...
