It is designed for a quick short stay for a single person so the rooms are small, but the facilities were nice and clean and the staff were polite and professional. "We loved our stay, the family room was bigger than we expected and the male and female baths were amazing. Good hot saunas in both. Super fast Wi-Fi for my partner to work and easy walking distance from the beach or the main shopping street. We would definitely stay again! "

"My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay."

"Nice quite area and one side of this hotel is sea facing. Staff service is excellence although he may not be able to speak fluent English but his enthusiasm to serve could cover that. Only spent one night this time and will consider to spend more night next time. Recommend. "

"The likes have been pointed out above. Also, staff id very curteous and polite, even though english speaking is not exactly their forté. Also the hotel and the rooms have been equiped with newer equipment. Now the cons: rooms are actualy glorified capsule hotel rooms, very cramped spaces, but what annoyed us the most was the hard bed accesible through a 8 foot ladder, not exactly an incentive for tired travelers, also ceiling is very close to the bed so be aware when moving around up there.
