"Room 501 - Canal side. Clean and comfortable property. While the building I was in is dated, the room was very clean, good size and the bed was comfortable. A rarity in US hotels, the air conditioner was actually quiet and worked perfectly. The only not great thing was the door to the outside - did not fit the frame well resulting in the deadbolt not working and the main door lock is a simple door knob with a push in lock. "Family trip. We loved this hidden gem in Big Pine Key. The cabins on land are beautiful, spacious and confortable. The pictures don’t make them justice. New and well equipped. You’ll be surrounded by nature with frequent encounters with Key Deer. They add uniqueness to the quiet ambience. Key West is about 40 min away. I highly recommend Old Wooden Bridge! "

"Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! "
