"I was expecting daily cleaning. Had to ask for toilet paper the 2nd day and then they offered to replace towels. Donuts on the breakfast bar were moldy. I was disappointed in paying for daily services. Would certainly stay again if the price reflected the service received. "

"We had a very comfortable stay. The common areas were very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were large and clean. The only slight downside was the minimal breakfast. They said the freezer was down so they didn't have eggs or bacon. Also the fee for having a dog was half the cost of the room, which is exorbitant, but that's the price you pay for having a pet along, I guess."

"We had a large group stay at the property and it was a fantastic time. The property is comfy and everything is easily accessible. We enjoyed being right on the lake, having our own fire pit for relaxing in the evening, and docks for the boats. The owners are friendly and responsive. "The Riverside Chalet was a great fit for our family of 5 for a long weekend ski getaway. There was a ton of room to spread out - more than we needed - and the house was well-equipped to suit most of our needs and wants. The only negatives were related to the location. (1) It's definitely in the boonies. If you want quicker access to food/groceries or non-wilderness activities, it's at least a 20 minute drive.
